Even from the beginning I can say the experience was amazing and hospitality too. The ambiance and smells grab you instantly, even the staff as well make your experience so much better. Coming from someone who has worked into hospitality, Kim gave 5 star service, welcoming me in, using my name and explaining everything to me about the Sauna and cold plunge. If you need a self care day I say come for 30 minutes and you won’t regret it. Will be coming back for more relaxing days 🔥

I had an amazing first visit to loftMD this week, and I'll definitely be back! Kim welcomed me so kindly at the front desk, offered water or tea, and showed me around. Chase was my esthetician and she could not have been better! She asked about my skin concerns and took into consideration that I'm on some prescription creams, and offered to change the service I initially booked. We decided together to go with what I planned with some modifications. She was so courteous in telling me exactly what she was doing, making sure I was always comfortable, and nothing was stinging my skin. Even though facials are done in an open space, which I had never experienced, it wasn't disruptive at all. It's a beautiful space with large windows, relaxing music, and the most pleasant scents. I could tell they really cared about giving me a great experience.

The space is absolutely beautiful!! The sauna was so spacious. The cold plunge felt amazing. Everything was so clean and organized. The lighting, scent, and music in the room were so calming. Kim was so welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Chase was AMAZING! She made me feel so relaxed and pampered during my facial. She was also able to answer all of my questions about the Hydrafacial as well as other services I was interested in, like Botox. I would recommend the Loft, and Chase specifically, to ANYONE who has been considering a skin treatment.

I have been getting my lashes done at the loft for 5+ years and have always had a five star experience. Raven is an incredible lash artist who always does an excellent job tailoring my lashes to look exactly like I want them to. Not only is she talented, she also is an extremely kind person. The space itself is beautiful, and each staff member I have met has been very knowledgeable and personable. I’d recommend the loft to anyone who is looking to treat themselves to some self care. 10/10 experience across all categories!
