Courtney is the BEST! I just finished my 8th out of 8 laser hair removal sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This location always has a friendly, helpful front desk, and the NPs who perform the laser treatments are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to educate you on what’s happening before, during, and after each session. I never had any scheduling issues and scheduled all my LHR appointments in advance. I highly recommend them for LHR — nothing beats a Candela laser!

I had an excellent experience, no complaints. When I arrived for my appointment the young ladies at the font desk were very warm and welcoming. During my brief wait I was offered some light refreshments .. Jordan (i hope i spelled it right)my NP was very informative and knowledgeable about my procedure(s)..

I love this place! Keya is a phenomenal employee. She went above and beyond to help me schedule my appointments. She was so friendly and made sure to assist me with my matters. All the employees here are so amazing, and I only have good things to say about the Canton location. I always feel comfortable coming here.

Loyal customer for over a year... I've spent a lot of money at this place and they told their staff to cancel all of the appointments they had on the books so they could rebrand and/or re-open with a new name and didn't really give an explanation, nor did they offer any appointments in a reasonable time period. My appointment was moved out almost a month which is crazy considering they cancelled my original appointment the day before I was supposed to come in. I worked in the medical field for years in a clinical setting and we had thousands of patients. We would never do that. Very unprofessional and as soon as I'm done using the units I banked, I'm going elsewhere.
