This practice has some of the worst follow-through and communication I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting. Getting someone to respond to messages or return a call is nearly impossible, even when the matter is time-sensitive. Important paperwork was mishandled, referrals were made without care or consideration, and I was left waiting weeks with no updates. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service is deeply concerning. Patients deserve better.
If I could give them zero stars I would! Worst service I have ever experienced. The receptionist was unpleasant. Arrived to get a tick removed as a walk in service. They tried to have a physical done as well. Total scam to get more money out of me. I’ve been a patient here before and the receptionist didn’t want to look up my name and tried to get me to fill out the new client paperwork again. Would not recommend them at all.
My doctor was extremely thorough I've never had a doctor who took time to go over everything so that I have a good understanding of what's happening to my body this was such a awesome first visit.
The doctor and staff are all very friendly and helpful. I received my medication and a letter of recommendation to other care that I needed. Thank you so much 🙏
Called ahead of time to make sure walk ins welcome and to make sure labs can be drawn I was told yes to both questions. I arrived 15 minutes later doors locked lights were off. There was no sign on the door stating closing early. hours of operation listed 8am-8pm. I called customer service back were unable to give me any information except maybe there were no more appointments available so they possibly closed at 6:30pm. Door states walk ins welcome.
