Having to switch primary care physician, I was referred to see Dr Karen T here at the Katy location. Warm, welcoming front office right off the top. Definitely LOVE my familiar faced nurse. Dr T has good bedside manner, can be quick, but will make time to give you extra attention when you need it. Sometimes even just a small compliment. Of course hit some schedule snags in the beginning but when they did work until after 8pm one night to get my appointment when I needed it. That was an experience I never expected but was impressed. Any kinks get fixed ASAP. Love Dr Karen and crew!
