Mason park medical clinic is in be of the most respectful and decent clinic I been, on my first visit they were very attentive asking me if I feel good. The receptionist as I walk in the clinic the first word they said was “Good Morning” and then they ask you all the questions they need ask and then they offer to have a seat. When I was called in to the room the MA was very nice asking me how is my day, how do I feel and everything else went very smoothly, went I left everyone said bye with a smile in their face. The clinic is very hygiene everything is very clean and smells good. I will recommend Mason Park to anyone.

They like to cater to the rich! Choose this clinic if you have the time and money for appointments for every single thing! One star for how they operate! They refused to talk about my medications at my annual physical and said I needed an appointment even though they got paid $356 for literally being in the room for only 5 minutes (I checked the time). I chose this clinic bc it was in-network. I will have better insurance starting tomorrow and I will not come back even though I actually love the provider I saw there.
This place cares about those that have money or really good insurance.
I had to get an appointment for everything even though I was told just to reach back out to the provider and that I did not need an appointment.
The final straw is when they refused to draw my blood bc it was written 4 months ago despite the orders being currently active in MyChart, the phlebotomist said that the office manager Angela said I needed an appointment an to get new labs bc the insurance would not cover the blood draw. Funny because the office manager Angela in the past asked me why did I call about my lab orders when it was in my MyChart but then I didn’t call this time and she told the phlebotomist that my lab orders aren’t active? Does not make sense!

It is always a pleasant experience visiting the clinic. However, I have to mention that Trey and Aaron provided truly outstanding service. While doctor's appointments can sometimes be stressful, they made the visit enjoyable with their amazing attitude and professionalism.
