Sousan is such a sweet heart, my boyfriend has been coming to her spa for a while now to get his laser service, she's the kindest, makes sure to answer all of your questions and makes you feel like you've known her her whole life. I've got laser previously from a different spa and today that I came with my bf to do his at Sousan's I see that the machines they use here are way better and my boyfriend had NO PAIN at all like I did from the other spa while getting the laser.

First of all, I love a great spa experience. The energy upon entering is so lovely. I was made to feel so welcome. I have now had several treatments with multiple ladies who work there. Each one was well done and left my skin glowing. I am very particular that a spa must be clean & use great equipment. Sousan Med Spa meets these. I have the feeling they are doing their work with excellence as a goal. Sousan has always been so warm & kind to me which I appreciate. But beyond that, she has crafted a place that is beautiful, calming & keeps my skin glowing & healthy. She understands skin from her decades in the business. As I plan to stay in this skin a long time to come, I consider time here an investment. I highly recommend!

I have done 2 sessions of laser hair removal here. After the 1st session, I already have noticed so much difference. Very efficient equipment used by experienced professionals. I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I entered the door. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality and detailed laser hair removal.

Well, my first experience with laser hair removal turned in to be very interesting and satisfied with Sousan Med Spa. First of all, If I could give Sousan Med Spa more than five star I would. Sousan is such a nice lady and she was very detailed oriented and expert at her profession. The place was very clean and ambiance was very attractive so I could relax while I was waiting for my treatment to start. After the owner Sousan showed up with her nice smile, her presentation regarding their high end mashines and their methods at Sousan Med Spa amazed me and more than that when my treatment starts, I could barely notice a soft and smooth laser machine gun on my skin. At the end, I could not be happy more than that with my laser hair removal experience at this place. I would definitely refer friends and will go back to do more ...

This place is a hidden gem!! The aesthetics of this place are so relaxing and it's very neat and clean. Sousan is such an exceptional professional - she is very knowledgeable, caring and treats you like you have been friends for a long time. The equipment used is very high end and I am so pleased with the treatments received!!! I had 3 skin tightening treatments and have truly seen remarkable results!! I have thin skin and my under eye area is so much firmer! Thank you, Sousan!!
