I had a small complication with how my body reacted to something, and I was freaking out and pointing fingers but Cassie came in on her day off to explain things to me and take care of it. Throughout the process of dealing with the complication everyone here stayed in close contact and was so professional and compassionate and empathetic and patient with me. They really went above and beyond. On top of it Denise did my Botox and fillers just perfectly, exactly what I asked for, and was so knowledgeable and professional and warm and kind. 10/10 you can trust these people to take care of you.
