An amazing place for wellness, detoxing, proactive health and relaxation. It’s your own sanctuary. Private room, glass enclosure, flat screen with anything you’d want to watch or listen to, amazing staff, eucalyptus cold wet cloth at the end!

I have been going to Perspire Sauna for two years and really enjoy the experience. The rooms are always clean, easy to book, the manager and staff are nice and accommodating, and my aches and pains usually feel better after the sauna sessions.
Great clean modern Sauna studio . All private rooms with changing area. Big screen TVs with streaming. Highly recommended.
