I had an exceptional experience at Hydration Room, and it was 100% because of the incredible care provided by Brooke Lobo, the Wellness Coordinator, and Nicole, the nurse. From the moment I walked in, Brooke set the tone with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She made the entire experience feel personalized, welcoming, and seamless. Brooke has that rare ability to make you feel both completely at ease and fully confident that you’re in the best hands. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and positive energy truly elevate the entire facility — she is an absolute asset to this location and deserves serious recognition for the way she represents the brand. Nicole was equally outstanding. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly skilled, explaining everything clearly and making the process effortless and comfortable. Her bedside manner was top-tier, and it was obvious she takes real pride in what she does and the care she provides to patients. Together, Brooke and Nicole created one of the best wellness experiences I’ve had — professional, comforting, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. This is the gold standard of patient care. If leadership is reading this: Brooke Lobo is someone you want leading, growing with, and being recognized within your organization. I had an excellent experience at The Hydration Room - Laguna Niguel. The space is absolutely pristine and calming. It honestly feels more like a high-end wellness lounge than a clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to personalize my IV therapy and ensure I was comfortable the entire time. I felt the benefits almost immediately: better hydration, a noticeable boost in energy, and a quicker recovery from the fatigue I was feeling. Everyone there, from the amazing front desk team to Nurse Andre, was so professional and friendly. I received the Cold and Flu IV and already feel a noticeable improvement. I was in a lot of pain going in, and I left feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVE the Hydration Room! We do IV therapy for preventive and as needed purposes- and it really helps. The facility is a relaxing environment and super clean. The nurses and assistants are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going.

Saved me today! I came in feeling extremely sick and left feeling so much better. The front desk girl was kind and welcoming, and the nurse was very knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable. I suffer from migraines and they usually don’t go away quickly, but I felt relief much faster than expected. Highly recommend!!
