Her knowledge, attention to detail, and positive energy truly elevate the entire facility — she is an absolute asset to this location and deserves serious recognition for the way she represents the brand. Nicole was equally outstanding. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly skilled, explaining everything clearly and making the process effortless and comfortable. Her bedside manner was top-tier, and it was obvious she takes real pride in what she does and the care she provides to patients. Together, Brooke and Nicole created one of the best wellness experiences I’ve had — professional, comforting, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. This is the gold standard of patient care. Everyone there, from the amazing front desk team to Nurse Andre, was so professional and friendly. I received the Cold and Flu IV and already feel a noticeable improvement. I was in a lot of pain going in, and I left feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend!
My husband and I LOVE the Hydration Room! We do IV therapy for preventive and as needed purposes- and it really helps. The facility is a relaxing environment and super clean. The nurses and assistants are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going.
