This place is great! The front desk is always super friendly, helpful and responsive to any and all questions! Got me in and out in no time! I thought it might be a bit awkward being a guy going for hair removal and other treatments but I felt welcomed from the first moment and nice to hear I’m not the only man who gets treatments regularly. I’d recommend the OT Reno location over a few others I’ve been to for the customer service, price and the quality of their machines are superior to most other businesses I’ve been to

This was my first visit to an ‘Orange Twist’ salon. Previously Ideal Image. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was very helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Janette. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of procedures and specials was refreshing. I would highly recommend Orange Twist if you are looking for a comfortable, knowledgeable and affordable place for services.
