K. Visman is incredibly knowledgeable and even if you think you know the basics of good nutrition, she'll keep surprising you with more information you didn't know. This strategy isn't about a quick fix. It's about a life change and even if you're impatient like me, the results started so quickly that I decided to stick with this versus doing a bariatric surgery... Though they were totally willing to help if that's the route I wanted to go down. They don't accept insurances at this point so it is out of pocket for me, but 100% worth it if you're ready for it.
