I achieved excellent results working with Olga over a few months. While I considered myself a healthy eater, as a 55-year-old woman, an annual physical exam revealed the need to reduce cholesterol levels and lose at least a few pounds. I appreciated Olga's grounding and focus on the science of nutrition with a pragmatic approach that took into account my lifestyle without recommending severe restriction or fads. After only a series of sessions, I now have greater insight into what causes my weight fluctuations, how to maximize nutritious options while being satisfied, and how to maintain progress while traveling. Absolutely amazing. I could say a million great things about working with Olga but lets get down to the facts. 2% point drop in A1c and 10+lb weight in 3 months!!!
