I came to BODYMEDICS post ACL surgery — having difficulty with range of motion (lots of muscle guarding around the knee). 100% if I had not incorporated this into my recovery I would not be where I am today. Within just one visit my ROM (range of motion), swelling, guarding, and subsequently my mood post op changed. One month later and I’m a different person. I HIGHLY recommend adding this to your weekly PT. Your recovery will go smoother and the two complement each other so well. Shout out to Monique! I have been getting clinical massages for over 10 years and bodymedics is by fat the best if you have serious chronic pain. Bernard is exceptional and was able to actually give me relief from pain that I have had for years. He is very knowledgeable and really understands how to identify and use trigger points for pain relief. If you deal with chronic muscular pain this is the place to go.
