Despite explicitly asking for no stretching, a significant portion of the session was spent doing exactly that. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage I got. The massage gave me relief from lower back, hip, quads, hamstrings and calves stiffness/ pain from all the training and sports.
My masseuses used the right technique and movements to help me out with my pain. She checked with me on the pressure levels and tune the pressure accordingly. I felt relieved and light after the massage. I believe my masseuses was Bella. I will be returning in a few weeks for another relaxing massage.

Most beautiful spa and room decor i have ever seen. I got the Lomi Lomi massage The masseuse was great. I was totally relaxed. I loved every minute of it. There's a girl at the front desk that I fell in love with, she is so nice. You will not find a better massage anywhere!
update: I would give this place 10 stars. I have gone to the best spas in Los Angeles, Inland Empire and non can compare to this place. The detail inside feels like you are in the mountains in Thailand. I miss Atlanta because of this place.
