I have been a member for nearly a year. I signed up to do the GLP1 weightloss drugs. Dr. Patel has been nothing but amazing my entire journey! I lost a total of 60lbs on Tirzepitide and couldn't be happier.

Dr. Patel's attentive care, the time she takes, and her whole attitude and approach are amazing. I'm also extremely impressed by the care and attitude of the nursing staff, the front office (Britt), and the overall cozy ambiance of the office. They have the latest equipment - for example, for body mass measurement. The ease and convenience of scheduling is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Thank you, Dr. Patel!

I have been a patient for over a year now. Each and every visit, I'm greeted by smiling Britt and feel like royalty. There's never been another person in the luxurious waiting room, other than me and i'm immediately greeted by the nurse and led promptly to the comfortable exam room with music pumped throughout. Dr. Blank is incredible... patient, understanding, he listens (!!), you are not rushed through the appointment. He takes the time to get to know your whole health situation and give feedback and suggestions. It's literally the ritz-carlton of doctor's. I have zero dread ahead of appointments and know that i'll be in and out in 30 minutes. And offered a coffee, snack, etc along the way. This is truly how it should be. First class experience.

I’ve been a member of Ember Modern Medicine for about six months, and Dr. Patel and her team have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Patel is the best PCP I’ve ever had—I feel truly cared for and supported. She takes the time to listen, understand, and accommodate my healthcare needs and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and honest about the diagnosis and potential side effects of medications, and he always does a great job of finding a better solution. Dr. Blank is very patient, caring, and great about going into detail to make sure I understand what is happening and what the next step is. Every time I visit Ember Modern Medicine, from the moment I walk in until the moment that I leave, I feel very well taken care of. All of my concerns are being addressed with kindness and professionalism. Ember Modern Medicine is a true treasure in our community and everything primary care truly should be.

Dr. Blank has been my family doctor for just under a year and during this period has provided professional and courteous care. He listens very well and offers thoroughly thought out diagnostic and treatment options. He and is support team always respond quickly to phone calls and text messages via his medical app platform. Dr. Blank is very caring and compassionate and I recommend him to anyone who wants timely access to an effective medical care.

Click a couple of buttons and order your weight loss shots, initial visit is all fluff and just asking you what you want to take. Pay a $100 a month for the access plus the cost of medicine. Do yourself a favor and call your own doctor, go in for a visit or virtual visit every few months for actual follow up and save the $100 monthly fee. Your doctor can order generic (compounded) or name brand for you. Taking the shots does work, the service through Ember is just not worth the fee.

I love Ember. I use their weight loss service, and have no complaints. They made the whole process easy. They answer emails quickly, which I really appreciate. I will be switching my medical care there soon, even though I have insurance. I'm willing to pay more for their level of care.
