I am so grateful first to God and then to Dr. Majid for the change that I have been given in my life. I was a really sick person with a lot of pain, lots of complications in my body, and a lot of discomfort. I always felt bad, and today I can say, I don’t have obesity, and I already feel my life changed. Before, I couldn’t last 10 minutes in the gym. Now I can last 2 hours in the gym, and I am so so happy, really.
When I came to Dr. Majid, I was about 210 lbs. I may still have diabetes but the difference is now, it’s manageable. Dr. Majid’s team provides all of us with the tools we need for lifelong success: A support group, a registered dietician and overall, a team who cares about you from the moment you enter those doors.
I had been on a diet for my whole life and tried everything from diet pills to weight watchers. Finally had lap band surgery, which didn’t work for me. I met Dr. Majid who has saved my life and seen her through every step of my journey.
Before I was on 25 kinds of medicines and a lot of insulin. Now, I don’t use insulin anymore. I am down to 4 medicines a day now. Plus, I breathe a lot better and walk a lot more. I do thank you, Dr. Majid.
