I honestly cannot say enough good things about this med spa. From the moment I started my experience, everyone has been incredible. Lauren is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely amazing at what she does. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and comfortably. I never felt rushed, and her attention to detail really stood out to me. I also want to give Jennifer so much credit because when we first spoke and the sale was made, she made certain promises and she actually followed through on every single one of them. That meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, these days it’s common to run into people who will say just about anything to make a sale and then suddenly “forget” once it’s time to deliver. It was honestly refreshing to finally meet people who are honest, professional, and true to their word. And lastly, the sweet girl at the front reception deserves recognition too. She is literally one of the kindest human beings ever. Every time I call or walk in, she makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Her energy is always warm and genuine, and it really adds to the overall experience. Finding a place where the staff is talented, honest, and genuinely caring is rare, and this med spa truly has all three. Highly recommend!
