I have had simply wonderful experiences with both Stacy & with Ashley at Grace + Beauty in Westlake. Their team is so genuinely friendly and helpful - everyone at the front desk is an expert at making you feel welcome & at ease. They also respond to emails quickly and to voicemails should you need anything. I absolutely LOVE Grace & Beauty! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiling faces and the cutest design/decor I've ever seen in a med spa! Stacy (the owner) is incredibly friendly & personable, as you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients! I had the pleasure of being injected by Ashley, the newest member of the team. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing she was to work with, and how great of a job she did! She is a ROCKSTAR, and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. I scheduled an appointment with Kassie 3 days before a big event, and even with active breakouts, my skin never looked better! Kassie was attentive to my skin's needs and was careful to avoid further irritation to or cause more breakouts. She tailored the services to address my issues and communicated what each step was along with why it was helpful. The whole experience was very relaxing and exceeded my expectations. Ashley is a GEM!! I’ve been getting facial treatments.. Botox, Filler etc. for 10 years and I’ve tried at least five clinics and NO ONE is as patient, professional, empathetic, and skilled as Ashley and the whole crew at Grace + Beauty Med Spa. From the second you walk in the door you’re transported into this beautiful, relaxing, and super chic environment. I received Botox and Ashley spent an hour just to educate me how it works. She never tried to sell me anything or make me feel pressured to receive services from them. The Botox worked better and was more precise than any doctors I’ve been with prior. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! The receptionist greeted me with smiles and positivity. I had IV therapy for the first time just a couple of days ago. There are many options on their IV therapy menu and I chose "Quench." I absolutely enjoyed the experience: it was cooling and very relaxing!
