I've been to Chapter a few times now. I've gotten a skin assessment, Xeomin injections, and the B12 shots. My next appointment will be for laser hair removal. I also got a facial scan there that shows how old your skin is. They offer so many things. It's a little overwhelming looking at all their products but they will tell you exactly what they think you need based on your scans. And don't get me started on the staff. I have worked with four different professional ladies at Chaper and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. I have not had a bad experience there. All my questions get answered. They offer a beverage and for you coat to be hung up when you walk in. 10/10 recommend.

The studio is beautiful and the staff is very nice, but the results were not. I’ve been getting Botox since 2020, I’m 38 & usually get 30-40 units every 3-4 months. Because of the special at this studio, I opted for 50 units this time. I was extra clear that my forehead is my problem area and Jess confirmed that would be the focus. She put 36 units in my forehead and ever since, I’ve had almost full natural movement. I brought this up with Chapter and sent follow up videos and photos. Jess called me in reply to my concerns and told me this movement is because I didn’t get 40 units. Zero offer of a gift card or refund after proving the ineffectiveness of the service. I’ve NEVER had ANY MOVEMENT after getting any amount of Botox in my forehead. The dosage affects how LONG it lasts, and NOT effectiveness. The problem here was the injection sites Jess chose on my forehead, yet there was no accountability of this during our chat. It was obvious to me when she injected in places my normal aesthetician had not previously injected in my forehead and then it was confirmed by the lack of effectiveness. 4 extra units would have made no difference here since the problem lies in the site of administration. See below for photos taken 3 weeks after my service at chapter. I do not recommend spending money here, it’s wasted

From the moment I walked in, talking with both beautiful girls that greeted me to the moment I met my injector Jess. I absolutely hands down will be going back to see her! She is very thorough in how she explains things and her attention to detail is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and eased all my anxiety! My lips look absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to go back!!
