I cannot say enough amazing things about this Botox, filler, and aesthetic spa. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about natural, beautiful results. The space is clean, calming, and luxurious, and I always feel completely comfortable and well cared for. I trust them fully and wouldn’t go anywhere else. ✨💉
Mary is lovely! She has taken care of my glass facials and I’ve had the best results. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The front desk staff have always been so warm and helpful with scheduling and any other questions I have. I always have a great experience at BellaTox.
I had a good experience my first time, but the second time was chaotic. I had confirmed an appointment with a specific nurse and they switched us to someone else without notifying us the nurse had left the boutique. I agreed to the owner doing the service, but while we were in the room they switched again to someone else. Then another employee came into the exam room and was acting very odd, mumbling she swore she was in the right room and looking at an iPad. I ended up needing a touch-up which still didn't work so I'll be trying a different boutique. This one lost my trust.
Headed to an appointment today. I must say this place is my favorite. I feel so comfortable when I’m there. They are very knowledges in their field and explain everything perfectly while helping me to tend to my self care and feel amazing when I leave. Can’t wait to go today and wanted to give a stellar review based on my perilous experiences with this amazing Louisville business.
I booked a service advertised as a TCA peel with microneedling and radiofrequency. What I actually got was a superficial TCA peel, manual serum stamping anyone could buy on Amazon, and absolutely NO RF at all. The technician admitted that she didn’t even know what the service description included. I paid almost $500 for a treatment that wasn’t even close to what was advertised. I reached out to the owner afterward — ignored. My esthetician friend, who personally knows the owner and knows her well, also reached out — ignored. So this wasn’t strangers contacting her. She simply chose not to respond. After finally reading the other bad reviews, none of this surprises me. There’s way too much drama and not nearly enough professionalism. The services advertised here do not match what you actually receive. Save your money and go somewhere reputable.
