Dr Mikhail did such a top notch job on my veins, I felt completely as ease with his expertise. The nurse Veronica and ultra sounds technician, Jennifer, were extremely professional and serious about their work. One of the most refreshing things I experienced as a patient was the transparency throughout the entire process- I was always informed about what my insurance would cover or not cover BEFORE they performed any exams or procedures. At every step I felt comfortable knowing what to expect. I’m very happy with my procedures and highly recommend West Medical and Dr. Mikhail.
