Esmeralda is my nurse practitioner and she took real good care of me during my wellness/physical exam. I wanted full lab work and thats what I got. They handled my referrals promptly and gave me all information I needed very efficiently. I appreciate that they have their own lab on site with great phlebotomist who work quickly and pain free too. Results came in within a week and they were pretty great with email responses and messages. I actually experienced human interaction rather than just AI answering service.
