I cannot say enough good things about Hands On! I have been having pain and stiffness in my left hamstring and the Myofascial Release therapy I’ve received there has been extremely helpful. I’ve gotten a great deal of relief and I believe it has had a global effect on my life as well. Many things are being released, not just my muscle aches. For my most recent session, the massage therapist was Jeremy. He was compassionate, encouraging and understanding. Highly recommended!

I have been a happy client of Hands On Healthcare many times through the last 15 years, most recently in the past several weeks for pain in my right thigh/hip that I've experienced on and off since falling on ice 3 years ago. Although physical therapy was recommended when I went to an orthopedist last month, I felt that medical massage would be the best course for me. I reached out to the lovely owner Marla about this, and she recommended their highly experienced medical massage therapist Jody. I have been seeing Jody once a week. After the first visit, my pain was reduced by 85%, after the second it was 95%, and now it is almost gone and sporadic. In addition to work on my muscles and fascia, Jody has counselled me about proper alignment in my excercise regime, which is helping so much. I am overjoyed! My daughter is getting married early May and I am so very happy that I am just about back to normal so I can dance at her beach wedding under the stars! Jody is a true healer, and Hands On Healthcare is the best massage place in the world. Thank you Marla, Jody, and Jeremy for your hard work, kindness, and caring.

Excellent massage, went with my sister in-law was able to schedule her a deep tissue massage and a regular massage for myself. We left there very please with our 60 minutes massages and that I was able to schedule them for the same time. The team was outstanding, very professional. Will certainly go back. Thank you ????
