I had a really good experience with this hydration service. The team was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I felt noticeably better afterward. The place was clean and well-organized.

The office runs efficiently, and the overall service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care.

I've been attending Wellness Docs for close to 2 years after a rear end auto accident. I had constant lower back pain and sought relief through different methods, including shots and medications. The worse part was not being able to pursue my favorite hobby, GOLF!!! I am now back on the links several times a week and 90 percent better thanks to my ongoing treatment. I have continued to visit Wellness Docs once a week for maintenance. The staff is wonderful. I have made several friends during my time under their care. I would highly recommend Wellness Docs, they are professional, knowledgeable and personal in their approach. I THANK them for getting my life back on track.

My appointment was set for 8:00 AM, and I arrived on time. Upon arrival, I was given one set of paperwork to complete. After finishing that, I was handed a second set of paperwork that should have been provided upfront. By the time all of this was completed, it was 8:23 AM, despite the fact that I had a tight schedule and needed to leave no later than 9:00 AM. They were late seeing me for my scheduled appointment time 8AM When I was finally taken back, I was asked the exact same questions that I had already answered on the forms. The process felt repetitive, disorganized, and inconsiderate of my time. After the assessment, I was told that I had not met my insurance deductible. This was incorrect. I explained that my plan runs on a fiscal year, not a calendar year, and I have in fact met my deductible. This was the first inaccurate statement I encountered. I was then told that my insurance would not cover treatment until I paid for eight IV infusions out of pocket, at $199 per infusion, totaling over $1,600. I immediately contacted my insurance provider, who confirmed that this information was completely false. There is nothing in my coverage that requires paying for eight infusions before benefits apply. My insurance representative also stated they had no idea where the clinic would be getting such information. Throughout this process, the doctor showed no empathy or compassion, and I was simply led back to the waiting area without any real explanation or support. I had driven 43 minutes, woke up early, and ultimately wasted time I cannot get back. When I asked the front desk staff to speak directly with my insurance billing representative, I was told, “We are not billing.” If that is the case, it raises serious concerns about who is actually responsible for verifying insurance information and why I was given multiple conflicting and inaccurate statements while in the office. Based on my experience, I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to contact their insurance provider beforehand. The misinformation I received, combined with the lack of organization and empathy, has led me to believe that something is not right with the way insurance is being handled here. I will not be returning.

Amazing staff! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I never have to wait for a room... everyone is very prompt. Definitely helps me feel better on a daily basis. Would 100% recommend to anyone trying to improve their health.
