I couldn’t be happier. After having Covid and being a long hauler, I found myself carrying around an extra 15 lbs. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t lose it. I wanted/needed a well rounded program, one that would help me reestablish a foundation, all of my former healthy habits. I wanted something sustainable. I needed a jump start and I found it. Cathy (my health and wellness coach) has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She is so positive and motivating. I have kicked bad habits and have felt the mind shift. Ursula is so awesome too. The entire staff has been wonderful. I have a team cheering me on every step of the way. After one month I am down 13.5 lbs and 9.75 inches. I am so motivated and excited, can’t wait to see what the next month brings me!
