The studio was SO welcoming and calming. The vibes were very comforting. The front desk people greeted us as soon as we stepped foot in the door, and knew who we were. The massage therapists were very friendly and welcoming. They asked questions and explained what they were going to do, and made sure we were comfortable. The massage was amazing and felt very nice. They also told us what aftercare to do, which i didn't know was a thing! The whole experience was a 10/10. I would come back

Erica Smith, the masseuse who performed the service, targeted the problem areas very well and made sure to spend time massaging those areas. She was friendly, not harsh at all, and made me feel comfortable in the environment. I will definitely come back! I also loved the service of the women at the front desk. Very friendly, very accommodating. 🙂🙂

Every time I walk into this spa, my stress and strain from the day just drop away. Everyone is kind, calm and caring. The massage therapists I've had, Natalie and Chris, have both been great. My facial was also excellent. I am now a monthly member and plan regular visits. I highly recommend this spa!

Worth every penny! I love the staff! Best place in Richmond! Anna is a true healer and an amazing soul. Haley who does the facials is another incredible person. Clair and Amanda at the front desk are so sweet. Communication with them is so easy and I couldn’t be happier with the all around service.
