When I first started, I could not get out of bed sometimes. I was having diarrhea and beyond fatigued. As you can imagine I was very anxious and depressed. Now I walk most days for 45 minutes. I no longer have IBS, high blood sugar, leaky gut, Lyme, disease, and mold. I dropped 30 lbs and my A1c went from a 7.1, to 5.6. And I’m able to play with my grandson plus do other social activities without getting exhausted. My life has turned around! I would recommend anyone that has unanswered questions about their health.

My whole life has changed for the better. I no longer suffer from chronic pain, bloating, tiredness, and generally feeling horrible all the time. I was able to lose about 15 lbs. I'm eating better, and eating out less. Also, I'm sleeping better and feel good. I lowered my cholesterol ratio from 4.5 to 3.1. My LDL dropped 45 points without using any cholesterol-lowering supplements. Honestly, I think everyone should come and see y'all. I thought I was pretty healthy, but I didn't realize how much more I could improve until I starting meeting with y'all.

I have more energy, less brain fog and a better plan for overcoming times when I am exposed to gluten.
