I’m loving it! The team is awesome. The products are awesome.
I came in feeling absolutely exhausted and questioning what hormone therapy and vitamin D levels looked like due to being at the low end of “normal” thanks to my primary. I needed help very badly and Vitality Wellness has all the tools I need, from practicing portion control, food balance, safe gym equipment handling, muscle control and overall feeling good about myself.
Extremely upbeat staffing and I feel like family when I come in. It did take some exerimenting to getting all the essentials that my body was lacking but in the last 6 months I started seeing results and I so satisfied that I hit my goal! I feel so much more confident in myself and I'm able to try more activities that I didn't think I would push myself to do till now.
