This is a great program!!! I found that my health was not great, and the people helped me learn how I was messing up my health with my high sugar diet!! Then they showed me how I can reverse my pre- diabetes, arthritis and general health by the right low sugar foods and exercise. Easy steps.

Before the program I honestly thought I was healthy and in great shape, boy was I wrong. I had gotten the Styku 3D imaging done and honestly it was a slap in the face!! I did not like how I looked, I knew I had to make a change.The True Health program has motivated me to change my overall health and also has changed my mindset. If you are sick of the unhealthy lifestyle you are living I encourage you to join the program. You will be left with results and better yet a happy healthy life. I recently did the V02 Max/RMR/3D Body Scan testing with True Health Center. I felt the money was well spent. If you are interested in your current health and fitness level I do not believe you will be able to find a more comprehensive and informative test. I was provided data with my fitness level and how I compare to the rest of the population. In addition, I received guidelines on how to best improve my fitness level. I recommend True Health Center to anyone seeking to improve their fitness level.
