It was very welcoming and calm. All of the staff that took care of me were very friendly and made the overall experience stress free. The person who helped me (Derek) went over my options on what I asked for and gave me responses based off insurance rather than trying to get more money out of me. Overall 10/10
I had a great first appointment here. The front desk was friendly and very communicative, and the medical assistant was kind and made the bloodwork completely painless. My Provider Derek Hazelwood) was welcoming, patient, and extremely informative. Overall a smooth and positive experience — highly recommend!
I’m a female, but after my husband’s experience, he asked if they also see women, and they do! My experience was also great! Very friendly staff. We love how quickly you can be seen compared to trying to make an appointment with our primary care. Very convenient to make appointments online. Everyone listened and understood my needs. Definitely recommend!
Great first visit. The physician was friendly, thorough, and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment and didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ll definitely be coming back.
