Dr. Bernadette Thomas is healing my whole family. I had almost given up trying to get a doctor to listen to me regarding my teenage daughter's anxiety and depression that I was convinced was related to her Lyme Disease diagnosis. Dr. Thomas listened and knew right away that the Lyme was destroying her thyroid. She started treatment and the debilitating anxiety has reduced so much that she can now attend school, paints and plays guitar, and participates in art shows. My husband had what two specialists said were "normal" hormone levels, yet he had so many symptoms. He started the correct treatment and is doing so much better. I am working on getting my peri-menopause symptoms under control since also being blown off by all of my other providers. "Normal" lab work does not always mean there isn't an issue!! If you feel like something is off, this practice will listen to you and help figure it out!! I want to cry every time I think about how much these women have helped my family.They have empathy and kindness. I love them and am so grateful I found them.

I don't even know where to begin....Dr. Bern Thomas Changed my life! She is PHENOMENAL! and Shawna is the best nurse, they make such a great team! I went to four different endocrinologist and no one was able to properly listen or help diagnose what was going on in my body, and it was as if i was a stranger living in my own body. Bern not only listened to me, but gave me life altering medical advice and changed my meds, even put me on the right pills to regulate everything, I was even able to get pregnant without trying even with PCOS and thyroid issues, I have referred a few people here and will always refer people to this place, They care and follow up!

My visit was amazing! The nurse, Christina, was fantastic, she had the provider order labs before my first appointment and drew them right in the office! It was the easiest blood draw I have ever had, I didn't even feel it! Bernadette was warm and welcoming. She helped me so much in just one visit! She knows SO MUCH about thyroid disease! Hands down she is the best provider around! Even the feel of the office was calming!! I am so happy that I found Monarch Wellness Center! I look forward to my next visit!

Bernadette is unlike any doctor I’ve visited. Our sessions together feel authentic and transparent, and no other endo seems to listen to individual needs. She goes over bloodwork, lifestyle changes, medical changes etc. in a detailed and professional manner, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I’ve learned more about thyroid health from her practice more than I have anyone else. Monarch Wellness is there to help and they 100% have aided in getting me healthier.

I had my very 1st experience here today and I can not wait to go back ! Nurse Christina is so kind, listens to your concerns and is very gentle during the treatment process. I decided to get blood work done today as well... I am never going anywhere else again for blood work! I couldn't even feel the blood draw she was so quick and pain free!

Omg what can I say I love Dr Bernadette Thomas I was not doing good with my thyroid problems. It was really bad for me sick all the time thinking I’m going crazy because I didn’t know what was going on with my body. My job nurse gave me her number and I’m so glad that I have Mrs Bernadette as my doctor and as a friend. She is amazing person and she knows her job and do it wonderful. She is on point with everything and she is down to earth. I could not ask for a better doctor or person.
