There is no place like the Well VB. TOP NOTCH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! It’s amazing! The moment you walk in you are greeted with the kindest welcome! Everyone is very personable. I had a 60-minute massage with Marcela, she’s very popular. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and makes you a new person when your massage is complete. I’ve been with Marcela for over 15+ years. I have tried another therapist within the Well VB with her recommendation, so everyone that I’ve had I can’t say enough. Give it a try and you’ll continue to return as long as you are in the Hampton Roads, VA area.

The Well creates a space like no other. The aesthetics, the staff and of course the SERVICES are top notch! I highly recommend the Desert Arctic Therapy! I also indulged in a 90 minute massage and the Dead Sea float!! Planning next visit.

The practitioners are educated on best practices and current modalities, are mindful of client preference, and are overall warm and professional. Services here are affordable. Prioritizing self care is paramount in managing stress levels and this healing space is the best choice for your wellness experience. I am so thrilled I found this beautiful space! Friendly, accommodating, thoughtful, and welcoming. My massage was phenomenal! The waiting/relaxation room was comforting and calm as I sipped my complementary tea. I can't wait to return!

Had an amazing experience at the Well, so great to finally have a 5-star spa few minutes from Chic’s Beach! Super clean, contemporary design, great personalized service and attention to detail and super professional massage therapists. Dead Sea Float experience was very relaxing as well.

I had a great experience with The Well @VB ! I have been there twice and they have sustained the quality and standard of their services ! I did the body exfoliating mudpack , soaked in their tub and then had the most relaxing and therapeutic message!!! Love the cleanliness and the Staff are very respectful and accommodating! Will book my next massage session again and will bring my 2 children too, they are teen agers now so I hope they accept teenagers as well 🙂

I've visited this place a few times, and each experience has been wonderfully relaxing. I had a 90-minute massage with Kat, who did an incredible job focusing on my problem areas. Dani gave me a calming scrub followed by a massage that was equally soothing. The contrast therapy and float tank are fantastic, providing a truly zen experience. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and serene, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, making each visit even more enjoyable

I had a massage today with Donna, and would 10/10 recommend her! I've had a decent number of massages over my lifetime, and this was one of the best. I booked it after working 3 RN shifts in a row, feeling super sore all over, and left my massage feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at The Well Spa yesterday. We booked a couples massage and a soak, and both were excellent. The facilities were spotless, and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything felt relaxing and well cared for. We'll definitely be back again!
