I am very pleased with my upper/lower bleph and brow lift. Even though I had a minor complication. That complication gave me a view into the outstanding care and service. Not just excellent when everything goes well but they've got you, responsive and elegant and with impeccable care when there is a bump in the road too. That level of care is notable. I know I could have gotten my adjustments for less, but it's my FACE!!! I paid for the best and I believe that is exactly what I received. In the end my procedures got me to my goals in a very satisfying way. It's not just the results, it the care: before, during and after that sets the Spiegel Center apart in my opinion.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tower and his incredible patient coordinator, Uzma. From the very first consultation, Dr. Tower truly listened to me. He took the time to understand all of my concerns and created a thoughtful, personalized plan that enhanced my appearance in the most natural way. My rhinoplasty and chin augmentation results have exceeded my expectations, and I am absolutely overjoyed. His skill, artistry, and attention to detail are unmatched, and I felt completely confident in his care every step of the way. Uzma was equally phenomenal throughout this entire experience. She walked me through every detail—from consultation to surgery to post-op care—with warmth, patience, and total professionalism. She was always available to answer questions, explain logistics clearly, and make me feel comfortable and supported. Communication was seamless and easy to understand, and the level of aftercare I received was nothing short of exceptional. This entire process felt thoughtful, organized, and truly patient-centered. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Tower and Uzma and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering surgery.

I had surgery at TSC over a year ago and I was hoping to leave a positive review. The only positive that I can say is that the staff at the center and Uzma the patient coordinator were great. The negative is that even after over a year post-op there is subtle change in my appearance after having spent thousands of dollars and clearly conveying my desires. Such a disappointment. Dr. Spiegel was nice overall but my pre-op was rushed and there was not enough time devoted to showing me what was going to occur to achieve my desired outcome from surgery. Also after waiting hours after arriving for surgery, the actual surgery did not take half as long as the timeframe I was quoted and I feel the procedure was rushed and not enough done as I requested. I read prior reviews that Dr. Spiegel can be conservative in his surgical approach but I assumed that as long as I clearly conveyed my desires as well as showed examples, I’d get the desired outcome I wanted to achieve. Unfortunately that is not the case. I often regret having the surgery at TSC instead of a center that would take a more in depth approach with technology that can show the patient a visual of the outcome they can expect as well as take time to properly mark the patient and discuss what will happen. I’ve resolved to accept my experience as a costly lesson learned since I’m still alive. I also wanted to share my experience with others and state that I would not recommend surgery at The Spiegel Center. Please learn from the experiences of others who leave reviews. I underwent jaw contour surgery with Dr. Spiegel in May 2026 and have had an outstanding experience throughout. During our initial consultation, Dr. Spiegel took the time to thoroughly understand my goals and concerns, listening attentively while sharing his extensive expertise. One the surgery day, we reviewed my desired chin outcome using photos I’d printed, and he assured me he would deliver the best possible result. Six weeks post-op, I returned for a follow-up where Dr. Spiegel examined my progress and administered a Botox injection to address muscle tension. Every two months thereafter, he continued monitoring my recovery, providing additional injections to smooth the chin muscles. Eight months after surgery, he generously performed a complimentary procedure to further optimize my results. I cannot thank Dr. Spiegel, Carol, and Nancy enough for their exceptional care during every visit to the Spiegel Center. Their professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued. The facility itself is impeccably clean and beautifully designed. I had the best experience imaginable and highly recommend Dr. Spiegel and his team.

Dr. Spiegel is exceptional. From telemedicine visit to surgery, he is EXCEPTIONAL! I had so much fun getting to know him, and felt completely at ease in his care. I found him to be tender, funny, and quick to make sure that I was feeling my best during my procedure. I felt so safe, happy, comfortable, and assured in his hands. His perfectionistic nature reassured me that my results were going to be SO fabulous and they are, without a doubt!! I didn’t feel the typical hierarchy, he was so chill, confident, bubbly, youthful that he made me feel more like a friend rather than just a patient. He is also a great singer!
