Kimberly is a phenomenal master injector with a five star bedside manner! I was so nervous upon arrival after having a bad experience at a DIFFERENT spa. She comforted me and I’m sure that I was in good hands. And boy was she right! I left the salon feeling confident, understood, and validated. Kimberly took her time listening to my reservations around Botox treatment and she eased my worries without brushing me off or making me feel unheard. What a wonderful experience! 10/10!

I have received various services at the skin care institute for over 10 years. It is a very safe, pleasant environment with a professional staff that I highly recommend. Mary Armstrong. Is great!!
I love Kimberly, she is so nice and comforting. She walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I was very anxious and nervous and she just eased my nerves. She has a gentle touch and what I thought was going to be a painful experience was not. She is truly a Gem and I am so glad that I had such a great experience because of her.
Top tier energy from the moment I walked in. Greeted with genuine love and care. Extremely knowledgeable staff. •Kimberly• is very professional, with a keen understanding of what you want. Added bonus of her being a perfectionist. The office is very clean and gives a cozy warm “you are welcome here” vibe!
Mary is always so informative about each product and what to expect. Over the years, I have been impressed from the results. I never get tired of hearing compliments from strangers They always guess my age to be at least 10 years younger.
Sarah is so patient and considerate when discussing my goals/wants for any type of procedure. I have had previous injectors that don’t truly listen or take the time and Sarah is the complete opposite. I’m so glad that I’ve found her and this practice! 🤍
I visited with Jan, the skin care consultant. she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision at the end of our visit. I am giving serious consideration to using their services.
Always a pleasure to see Sarah. She’s so kind and professional. The whole staff is great, they are helpful and make you feel welcome.
I had the most relaxing facial! It was freezing outside but when I got to The Skin Institute they had a heated room with a warm heated bed. The facial was so relaxing and left me feeling soft and rejuvenated. I recommend this !!
I always have the best experience with Mary who does the fillers. She is extremely experienced and a perfectionist at whatever she does. All the people working there are excellent they are very professional and friendly. I love Skin Institute!
I did the ultherapy and Penni made the experience so amazing! It was painless and relaxing and she made me feel so at ease. I cannot wait to see the results as I know they will be great! Thank you Penni for being so thorough!!
After months of researching, I chose the Skin Institute for the Fraxel Dual. Facility is very clean, staff very professional and Katie did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease before and during the procedure.
