Dr. Sherie and her staff run the office like a well oiled machine. Their attention to detail and always putting the needs of our family first led to an atmosphere of trust and confidence that my son’s surgery was being handled in the most professional manner possible. Kevin and Max kept us always up to date. Thanks to the entire staff for such a wonderful outcome.

I recently came here from western NC so that my best friend, and the person i take care of, could get a long awaited top surgery. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. While my personal interactions with them were brief, I write this on behalf of the one i take care of. They are doing so much better with themselves thanks to this fine establishment.

No matter the distance you travel (mine was 500 miles!) and no matter who has a better quote, THIS is where you want to go. I am a real person who was really afraid of this process, like anyone would be, and if I did it again I’d pick the Cosmetic Concierge every time over. Amazing staff and doctor. Amazing facility. Amazing results.

Polite, friendly staff. Kept me updated every step of the way. Comfortable, well stocked waiting area. If I ever have need of a cosmetic procedure I will have it done here.

The moment I received a call from Kevin in response to filling out the online request for a consult over a year ago "THE Experience" began. Everyone on staff plays a vital role in maintaining the CC culture. Kevin makes the initial and ongoing phone calls & visits VERY hospitable. It is true that front desk staff can make or break a business. He did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable with process.

Dr Hope Sherie and everyone at this clinic is extremely kind and helpful. Creating a space and a connection that leaves you knowing you can reach out to them for anything ever long after your surgery. This Clinic truly has saved my life, i’m just a little bit over a year post op. I go outside now, i can get dressed in two minutes compared to an hour. I have experienced more this year feeling like myself more than i have my entire life. I appreciate you guys for everything you do.

Every time I’ve had a question or concern about something, they’ve responded within a few hours and eased my anxiety. I can already tell just 10 days post op that my chest will look EXACTLY as I hoped it would. Amazing Staff, excellent experience, wonderful results. My son, both of his best friends, and several of my friends' young adult kids have had their surgeries with Dr. Hope. Our experience was superb from consult through recovery. The staff was very attentive to concerns after healing, and took the time to review photos of the surgery site and let us know that everything was healing normally.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Sherie. She and her entire team were warm and friendly, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and were extremely professional. I needed some very intense chest surgery and reconstruction and they were wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable about what I had to have done.
