Since my first phone call, the staff was friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to my questions via text and were thorough during the appointment. They also accommodated my busy schedule so I did not have to wait weeks for the medication.

Nurse Somer is amazing. She took her time with me and really got to know my health history. Together we worked out a great plan for my health now and many years to come! I look forward to our next visit.

She handled my concerns with professionalism and care, and took the time to explain what happened. While my initial frustration came from not being informed about a price change, I appreciate that she communicated directly and worked to clear up any misunderstandings. It means a lot when a business takes feedback seriously and responds thoughtfully. The care I’ve received here has always been excellent, and I’m glad we were able to resolve this with mutual understanding. Original review: I’ve been to this clinic several times and have always received excellent care from the staff ….professional, kind, and attentive. However, during my most recent visit, I was very surprised to be charged $200 more for procedure and care I’ve had before. There was no notice, no email, no phone call, and no mention of any price changes when I booked the appointment. I was told about the increase after my procedure at the counter. I understand prices can increase, but such a significant change should be clearly communicated to returning patients before their visit. I still appreciate the quality of care I’ve received here, but transparency matters… especially in healthcare, where trust is everything. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate billing updates going forward.

Absolutely AMAZING! Synchronicity Health " Weight Loss Treatment" program saved my life and set me on the right path of losing weight.
