SweatHouz was amazing. Being able to be a private suite to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge was the perfect way to end 2025. It was the disconnect I needed. I addition, the discomfort I had in my right leg decreased tremendously. I will definitely be back in January.
The staff was informative and friendly. Place was clean and relaxing I loved it and will be back sooner than later. The vitamin C shower was so refreshing. Tv to watch or listen to relaxing music while in the sauna was amazing. Walked in stressed out left feeling relaxed and ready for the day. Thank you for the experience and see you soon.
I really love SweatHouz in Bryn Mawr and look forward to every session. The facility is always so clean and I am always greeted by the best employees. I love that I can get the sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower all done in one place. I always pack a comfortable pair of clothes to change in to after and always leave clean and refreshed. I also appreciate them being flexible with the time that I start (sometimes taking me 15 minutes early if timing works out). Thank you!
I’ve been going to Sweathouz for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots. The sauna and cold plunge facilities are top-notch, and everything is always spotless. I really appreciate how they make an effort to accommodate me, even when I arrive early. Greg is awesome—always super friendly and ready to help. If you haven’t tried it yet, Sweathouz is definitely a must-visit. Highly recommend.
