Love this place! Every time I go I look forward to be greeted by Elway, Jamie's furry bestie! He's the bee's knees - adorable! The facility is clean! My favorite thing to do at Sweat Reno is doing yoga in the infrared sauna! I LOVE how I feel during and after my workouts. Thank you, Jamie, for your knowledge and support!

I was visiting Reno for a sporting event and needed to relieve some muscle tension. I regularly use infrared sauna at home and have experienced so many benefits. I used the infrared sauna and then also tried cryotherapy and the sauna massage pod for the first time. All were super! Jamie is so welcoming and knowledgeable about the services she provides and health in general. Really happy I came to visit!

I had my first session at Sweat Reno and honestly… I didn’t expect it to shift how I felt so dramatically. I started with the infrared sauna pod, and within minutes, I could feel my body start to let go. It was warm, calming, and deeply grounding—like I was giving myself permission to release everything I’d been holding onto. My muscles relaxed, my mind slowed down, and for the first time in a long while, I felt completely present. Then I stepped into the cryo chamber, and it was the exact opposite—but in the best possible way. That blast of cold woke me up. I felt clear, focused, and alive. It was like my whole system got a hard reset—body, mind, and spirit. Walking out, I felt lighter. Refreshed. Energized. I didn’t know how much I needed it until I felt the difference afterward. This isn’t just self-care—it’s healing. I’ll absolutely be back.

I absolutely love Sweat Reno! The infrared saunas have become a go-to for me. I’ve noticed a real reduction in stress since making it part of my weekly routine. The space is always spotless and serene, with thoughtful touches like a clean shower for after your session. Jamie (the owner) is fabulous! She goes above and beyond every single time and makes you feel so cared for. Highly recommend!

I started about 2 months ago as a friend told me it would help with inflammation and joint pain doing the infrared sauna. I noticed an immediate improvement in my mobility and it’s also helped with weight loss. I’ve moved up to the spin bike 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and have lost 40 lbs. as of today. Less pain, less weight and Jamie is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously. All I can say is Get in and experience it for yourself !!!!!!
