Dr. Spiro is single handedly the most compassionate, intelligent and talented surgeon. I got my breast reduction last month and the surgery changed my life and I owe it all to him and his amazing team. I’m so so happy & grateful with my results so far. I had 2 consults prior to Dr. Spiro but as soon as I met him, his calming and comforting manner had my attention immediately and I knew I was going with him. He is not only extremely gifted but he’s also so understanding and empathetic. He will do what is best for you and WANTS what is best for you!! If i had to do this surgery a million times again i will always choose Dr. Spiro. Thank you for changing my life!!
Loved everything about my experience with Spiro plastic Surgery! The office staff is friendly and accommodating. They return phone calls promptly- never leave you waiting. Dr Spiro has a beautiful bedside manner- I always feel comfortable with him. He has done my reconstruction 2 times as a breast cancer survivor. As procedures are always evolving, this last surgery has left me feeling like myself again! I can not express enough what a beautiful job he did! Thank you Dr Spiro & staff
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Spiro and his entire team. All of the office staff, from Dr. Spiro to the nurses, surgical team, and office coordinators, were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. (Huge shoutout to Gina, Kelly, Jessica, Marlene, Nicole, and Mikayla for being all-around awesome!) They answered every question I had and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. The team also went out of their way to help me navigate insurance, which made this procedure possible for me. Their support and persistence meant so much, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being and overall experience. Dr. Spiro himself was amazing. He was accessible, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt informed and confident at every step. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt like he always had time for me, despite being extremely busy. I’m now 6 weeks post-op from my breast reduction, and I could not be happier with the results and healing process! The outcome is truly life-changing. Cannot recommend him and his team enough!
Dr Spiro is an incredible plastic surgeon and truly an artist in all aspects. You can tell he takes great pride in his work, and treats each patient as a work of art. I am 5 weeks post op with breast implants and lift, and could not be happier with my results. Dr Spiro really took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for and he exceeded my expectations. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions, and I’m so glad I trusted him with this surgery. His entire staff and nurses are super sweet and make you feel like family when you’re there, and they are always available and helpful in answering any questions I had before and after surgery. I had a double mastectomy with implants and lat flap reconstruction in 2011 by another surgeon. The result was not pretty or comfortable. Dr. Spiro revised the reconstruction in 2015 with a beautiful result. I was able to resume my life and work. When I turned 62 I desired smaller breasts and went to Dr. Spiro expecting to hear that it may not be possible as my breast pocket is large. Well, I did not hear that, but that it was possible. I was willing to accept a possible less than pleasing cosmetic result in exchange for lighter smaller breasts. Well, THEY ARE SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!. I greet them every morning in the mirror with hello sweet angels. I am so grateful to God for life. I am so grateful for the gifts that Dr. Spiro has as an artist and a surgeon. Thank you Dr. Spiro for bringing such joy to a difficult situation.

Breast cancer was not on my to-do list for 2025. I had no genetic warning (no family history) and no lump felt. It was a complete and total surprise. Thankfully, it was caught super early and I was told by 2 breast surgeons that I needed a lumpectomy. Knowing that I was going to need surgery I contacted Dr.Spiro. He had taken me from a 34F to a 34C previously and I was thrilled with his work. From the friendly smiles at the front desk to his warm and caring nurses- they made this terrible chapter better. I knew I was in the BEST hands possible. Dr. Spiro and my breast surgeon did a joint surgery; the breast cancer was removed, and I was left with no trace of what I had been diagnosed with. I could not be happier at 51 with my breasts today thanks to Dr. Spiro’s artistic perfection!
I had a breast augmentation back in March and I cannot recommend Dr. Spiro and his entire staff enough. They made my entire experience amazing from start to finish. From Kelly and Nicole at the front desk, to the nurses Gina, Jess, and Amy answering all of my concerns and questions along the way, and of course to Dr. Spiro who was simply the best. Dr. Spiro assured me from the start I was in great hands by making me feel very comfortable with my decision, he listened very carefully to what my perfect outcome would look like, and then executed my surgery perfectly. My outcome is even more than I could’ve ever wished for and I could not be happier.
