I had such a great experience at Sono Bello. The staff is amazing — so informative, professional, and truly made me feel comforted and taken care of before, during, and after my procedure. Rachael and the entire team are incredibly sweet, and the front desk ladies are always so welcoming and kind. They were very accommodating and always made sure I felt supported every step of the way. The facility is also consistently very clean and well kept. I’m so happy with my experience and highly recommend them!

From start to finish, this was one of the best medical office experiences I’ve had. The front desk girls are helpful, sweet and responsive. Stella the office manager is great and very welcoming - she makes you feel like you’re family and really helps you understand the process of what is about to happen. Dr Berger was my surgeon. Him and the RN team are STELLAR!! They are kind and thorough and really make you feel at ease. They aren’t pushy and don’t want you to do anything you are not comfortable with. I was extremely nervous leading up to my procedure and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Feeling comfortable is the key - and this SonoBello location and the staff there are experts!

As a licensed massage therapist with experience working on post-cosmetic-procedure clients, I want to share a professional observation. I have worked extensively with a client following a body contouring procedure performed by Sono Bello. Based on hands-on tissue assessment, visible contouring, and functional movement, her body appearance and tissue quality were noticeably worse than prior to the procedure. There were significant irregularities, hardened fibrotic areas, and asymmetry that were not present before. These issues required ongoing corrective bodywork and lymphatic support. From a professional standpoint, the results were inconsistent with what would reasonably be expected from a cosmetic procedure marketed as improving appearance and contour. This is not a medical opinion, but a professional observation from someone trained to assess tissue health and structural changes through direct hands-on work. I would strongly encourage people considering liposuction to look elsewhere for services. Stay away from this company and invest in a reputable surgeon with their own practice.

I don’t recommend this place. I had this procedure done four years ago and told them afterward that I was not satisfied with the results. The results looked the same to me. When they showed me the before and after pictures, I still didn’t see much difference. I was told it would go down within six months to a year, but it’s been four years and I don’t notice any change. I even did the massages and followed all the instructions. Save your money and go to a board-certified plastic surgeon.
