DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! This is my first time coming to this location and I will never be back. I placed my smoothie order through the app at 8:36. Got in the drive thru at 8:40. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. I am still currently sitting at the window to get my smoothie and it is 9:21am. HOW THE HELL DOES IT TAKE THIS LONG FOR A DAMN SMOOTHIE!!
Horrible service today. I waited almost 30min for 3 drinks and they made them wrong, they were 3/4 full, unacceptable. I asked them to fill the rest and when they have them back they were made wrong overall. I asked for no STEVIA 4 times and the young guy still didn’t wrong and lied to me. Those were supposed to be smoothies… it was just water consistency. I do understand maybe being short staff but not a great experience at all.
Smoothie king has a great product, but their service is terrible. It’s slow and often times the staff is indifferent. I went to buy a gift card, and they didn’t have any! What business doesn’t have a gift card?
This is my second time to this location and I was helped by the same staff member. Zayn was very polite at the drive through and Fernando who made my drink it was fantastic! I really love Smoothie King the only thing I really wish you would have is gluten-free bread so I could try that delicious looking Offer!
I was waiting in line for 20 minutes. When I got up to the window I sat there for 10 minutes until she took my card. She handed me my smoothie bowl and it was completely melted with the wrong toppings. I came back inside and said my order was wrong and the worker said I was lying and she made it fresh. Dude, it’s completely melted…there’s no way you made that fresh. I left my house at 11:20 this morning, smoothie king is 8 minutes away. I have rehearsal at 12. I was late to my rehearsal because these workers are completely incompetent.
