Never going back unless it’s to see Janet! Honestly I won’t even go if doctor Greta is in that day, Something happened to Dr Greta, she destroyed my face with tox over the holidays and the effects still did not wear off! When I called immediately after a few days in, I noticed the crooked smile, She gave me a run around she was busy, had a conference had to see a guy about a horse whatever, and I insisted in tears to come in. She was nonchalant, saying this happens not to worry “it happened to me too” I COULD CARE LESS!!! My face looked like I had a STROKE at her hands. I was spitting when speaking, couldn’t pucker to drink anything, had swallowing issues for 2 months. I told her my friends thought I was crazy that I would even trust her to try and correct her $2200 botched job, she offered me $500 credit. She injected the other side to make it look like the botched side! I will never trust her again!!! I cried for 2 months straight everytime my husband asked to go out with friends during the holidays. I canceled events because it looked like I had a stroke, and all I got from her was a “ yeah this happens sometimes” I’m so happy I did not pursue the surgeries we consulted about. If you do go, see Janet! I can’t emphasize enough how thoughtful caring and experienced she is. She comforted me and gave me a laser treatment that was a chefs kiss. She’s knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. Most importantly her outcomes are amazing! And the staff, wonderful pleasant and accommodating. Although many good people did leave during my years going here, I think I know why now. It’s safe to say Dr. Greta has a great team, but she herself is falling short in her own field. She can use a little empathy for her mistakes. That’s what compelled me to make this review, the fact that she was so insincere that Christmas, new years, holiday parties that were planned were ruined for me, And she was stand-offish if that’s a word. Mind you I was in tears begging her to help me not screaming and blaming. Terrible at accepting responsibility, most people would be humbled if she offered sympathy any full amount in credits or refund for her mistakes, she wouldn’t lose customers. But she’s proven who she is.

I had a wonderful experience at Skin Secrets. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect trying new types of filler and toxin, but very happy with the results. I was very impressed with Dr. Greta and felt she only suggested what she truly felt would be beneficial, which is very refreshing. Will definitely be back!

Everyone at Skin Secrets is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to provide comfort and care for patients. I highly recommend a consultation for your skin needs. The red light laser therapy works magic, the Botox and knowledge of the correct facial nerves is top-notch. I will definitely return!
