Rousso Adams Facial Plastic Surgery Clinic

I had cancer removed from my nose on 2 separate occasions. They were within 6 months. Dr. Rousso did the closing for both. The entire nursing staff were so knowledgeable and helpful to my wife and me. They went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered. Which addressed all our fears. Dr. Rousso was so kind. The nurses knew the first time that I had experienced some pain when the pain medication was administered. So they told Dr Rousso and he made sure that the second surgery I didn't experience any discomfort or pain. I followed all the post op instructions to the letter and you can't even tell I ever had surgery. The Lord was very kind in directing me to Dr Rousso and the incredible staff there. Hopefully I will not have to go back, but if I do I know I will be in good hands. By the way, I have NEVER written a review for any medical provider and the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of plastic surgery.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Rousso and Dr. Hughes. This was my first time getting Botox Cosmetic from Dr. Rousso (though I’ve had something similar before), so I came in knowing exactly the look I wanted, (and what I absolutely did NOT want). From the moment we started talking about it,I knew I was in a completely different level of expertise. Dr. Rousso’s understanding of the face is extraordinary. He doesn’t just “inject Botox.” He understands every muscle, every fat pad, every nerve, and most importantly how they all interact with each other. He explained the cause and effect of each tiny injection point: how relaxing one muscle influences another, how subtle shifts change balance, and how certain areas should be avoided depending on your anatomy and goals. It was like a masterclass in facial anatomy, but explained in a way that was both eloquent and completely understandable. At one point, I asked him to inject my under-eye area to prevent what’s called the “jelly roll.” Instead of just agreeing, he thoughtfully explained why that wouldn’t actually achieve the result I was envisioning. He talked me out of something that would have been unnecessary and most likely looked WORSE. That level of honesty is rare. He’s not there to just do what you THINK you want; he’s there to do what’s correct for your face. My result was balanced, super natural and perfectly subtle (in the best way). A typical injector, even an expensive one, simply would not have known how to approach it the way he did. They would have just injected in the “standard or normal” areas. Dr. Hughes was also wonderful. She was professional, attentive, and clearly trained at an exceptional level under Dr. Rousso’s guidance. She knew exactly what he was talking about and even brought up those concerns of where I wanted injected before even talking to Dr Rousso. Very impressive. There is a reason they are the best around.

I've been going to Dr. Adams for fillers for about two years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. He's consistent, honest, and always makes sure you understand what's best for your face. He gives really helpful information, has great judgment, and my results always look beautiful and natural. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Dr. Russo took extensive time explaining the procedure and answering questions. I did not feel rushed and appreciated that he made sure he knew what my goals were before proceeding. All of his staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Always great service! The entire office is amazing! From the phone call for an appointment, to the service being given, it feels so personal. Dr. Adams is the best at what he does. If I have anything done to my face then I want to use the “face” expert and that’s exactly what he is. That’s exactly what this office is. I’ve also had great results with the PRP service for my thinning hair. I’m so glad that Dr. Adams recommended it!
