Dr. Lynam just did a Facelift for me and I’m very happy with the results. He’s a nice considerate guy and his staff is very friendly. He always takes you on time and he genuinely cares about the results that you get. I highly recommend him. I’m a 67-year-old female who’s been through a lot of chemo and lost a lot of weight in my face really needed a pick-me-up.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lynam, Lauren, and the entire team at Richmond Surgical Arts. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely comfortable and welcome. I had so many questions, and every single one was answered with patience and care. My tummy tuck results are absolutely amazing—better than I could have even imagined. I was told the experience would be life-changing, and it truly is. I feel confident, cared for, and so grateful for the entire team!
Dr. Lyman is unbelievablely talented, professional, and enjoyable to work with!! As is the entire office! Besides giving me results that I could never imagined having, he also fixed four hernias while he was in there, just because it was the right thing to do!! In addition, he gave me Liposuction for cellulite Around my waist while I was under surgery. All for the original price I was quoted. Since I did not know these hernias were there, I was in a bit more pain than I had imagined. The doctor himself reached out the evening of surgery and the next day as well as Lauren from the office who was available to me at my back and call if I needed anything. I google searched and decided to try this practice for a consultation for some very minor spider veins around my nose in 2021. They had a person on staff named Lisa Klemmer-who truly exuded a lot of confidence in her skill and expertise. Long story short she scarred my face. Not only do I have 4 permanent puncture scars around my nose, the spider veins are back and I am terrified to let anyone else touch my face. Now almost three years later every single time I look at those scars I get angry and I remember her and this practice. A practice is only as good as every employee there. My point is, be very judicious about who you let touch you, especially your face. This practice does not deserve a 5 star rating.
