I could move my neck and shoulders freely again—it felt incredible! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was quick and refreshing. They explained everything clearly, anticipated needs before we voiced them, and made the entire experience feel intentional, calm, and premium. This wasn’t customer service. This was ownership. I’ve spent decades in leadership and high-expectation environments, and I know the difference between people who show up and people who elevate a brand. Grace and Taylor elevate the brand. Full stop. They operate at a level most companies wish their team could touch. If leadership is reading this: whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough. People like this are the reason customers come back and bring friends. Give them the raise. Promote them. Clone them.
