Really enjoyed my first ever Botox injection appointment, I have really bad TMJ and tried everything to relieve my jaw pain, but it wasn’t until trying Botox that I actually started getting some relief. I was really nervous but the entire team was very kind, explained everything thoroughly, and made me as comfortable as possible.
I went to Tracy at Refreshed M.D. a couple months ago and had the best experience. I got to meet with the whole team who was kind, professional, and even provided informative phone calls the weeks before to educate me on Botox and filler. I decided to get a full face after years of trauma from being sex trafficked + recent life saving surgeries. I was coping to survive and finding my strength and resilience by exercising and training for an ultramarathon. The immense training had caused my face to lose a lot of the glow I once had, but Tracy was also able to give me a lot of the femininity back into my face while balancing and enhancing my natural features. I came back in for my follow-up after my dad recently passed. Their acknowledgment and care meant everything. It’s been a wild ride but I am forever grateful for their flexibility and sympathies. I feel more like myself than ever. Gaining a new confidence. You are in good hands! 🙏🏽
Where do I even start? The whole team at Refreshed is incredible. Everyone cares deeply for their clients, creating an individualized plan that is genuinely focused on the client’s best interest, rather than sales. They have a natural approach to their services and procedures and will guide you through the whole process. Their customer service is superb and you can tell how much they sincerely care for their clients. Refreshed is my go to with referrals because I trust them in all capacities. So very grateful to have come across this team! 🖤
I had a great time, I feel like myself with just a little extra cuteness on my lips. I got a mini-lips and my forehead treated with relaxer. Tracy was very thorough with explaining each process, what was going to happen, what to expect after, and took great consideration into my first experience with treatments. I thought the fidget sensory items were a nice touch too, made it quick and easy.
I can’t say enough great things about Jessica and Tracy! From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions with patience and honesty, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I really appreciated how genuine and kind they were—it’s rare to find that level of personalized care. I left feeling refreshed, understood, and truly cared for. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate aesthetic team!

I highly recommend getting the 75 Minute Refreshed Custom Facial + Lymphatic Drainage Massage Add On. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - the appt exceeded my expectations. It felt great, all the products smelled nice, the music was perfect, the table was comfy, and I really loved chatting with Jessica too. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. My skin felt wonderful afterwards and my whole body felt so relaxed. Will definitely book another appt with her!
