I’ve gone here a couple times and have worked with Olivia and it is always the best experience!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the place is so clean. Really makes me feel comfortable. Can’t wait to finish all my treatments!!
I had lip injections done by Olivia! This was my first time doing any sort of skin injection and I was nervous/excited to get it done. I really wanted to enhance my lips, but still wanted the look to appear natural. Olivia listened to my goals for the injections and she told me how to best achieve the desired outcome. She helped me feel confident about getting the injections and I could t be happier with the results! An added plus- Olivia is super sweet and fun!
I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. I scheduled a facial and left without receiving one. When requesting an appointment online, I requested a facial. Upon booking, I booked a facial with a prior consultation to see what facial would be best for my current skin. I even confirmed after I made the appointment that I was scheduled for a facial not just a consultation. I had a giftcard that I was excited to use on a facial. When being put in the room the girl asked if I was doing a consultation or also a treatment, I told her a treatment since my appointment was for a facial. After the another woman went over all the products she recommended I purchase, I asked what facial or service she would recommend for today, AGAIN when making my appointment, I made the appointment for a facial. I was told that that a facial could be done about 2 weeks after using the recommended products. I was extremely confused why we were not talking about recommended facial options for today since that is what I asked for. So basically my appointment today was that I was not allowed to do a facial here unless I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of their product to use first.
Recently discovered Olivia at the Avon location and so grateful I did! Being extremely nervous seeing a new practitioner after Julie left, Olivia took the time to talk with me about my concerns and quickly put my mind at ease. Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled, Olivia is extremely personable and very likable. Highly recommended her care!

I recently lost almost 40lbs, and noticed my face looked gaunt and my cheeks had lost their volume. Olivia explained the entire procedure to me so I understood every step, and also listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
