Haley is helping me get my skin on track for my wedding. I absolutely loved my diamond glow facial. My skin feels so good! She also helped me start a routine with a medical grade skincare line. It feels wonderful! I can already feel my confidence coming back without makeup. Can’t wait for my next diamond glow facial!
From walking in the door to leaving & everything in between made for an AMAZING experience that I can't wait to do again! Prior to my appointment I was contacted by Allison, who went over the amenities of the spa & let me know I could come earlier & stay after to utilize any of the amenities I choose. Day of my appointment, Allison gave me a tour of the spa & reminded me again about the amenities, showed me where things were & how to use the locks in the locker room. These two things—prior info & day-of info—made my experience even better. Facilities: SO relaxing & clean, with all the items needed in the women's locker room to shower & get ready. Massage: hands down the BEST massage I've ever had! Christina really listened to what I wanted & asked questions to evaluate what else she could do for me with the massage. I can't wait to schedule another.
I love the look and feel of the entire salon. I was very impressed by the staff and the facility amenities, but most of all I had a fantastic massage by Sherri!
Employees very welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in the door and throughout all services. Pedicure thorough and conversation good. Facial extremely relaxing, walked me through the steps and was AMAZING! All accommodations and decor lush, and made me feel very relaxed and pampered.
Last week my hubby treated me to a day of self-care after a two month period of caregiving for family and the passing of a loved one. I researched places for nearly a week & finally chose the Pure Luxe Hardin Valley location. From the most-caring help of Allison who patiently scheduled all my services; to the dynamic Carrie for her relaxing massage; kind Ally for my great hair service & introducing me to Oribe products; skilled Courtney for the best Diamond Glow facial ever & skincare recommendations; and ending with the absolutely lovely gal who did a fantastic job on my injections—I just can’t thank each one enough for the encouragement & professional-yet-personable services. Each one of them shines with excellence & makes Pure Luxe–Hardin Valley stellar in a market saturated with competition. Worth every extra mile of driving for me. Can’t wait to go back!
Everyone was very professional and helpful. The entire facility was very calming which helped me to decompress and relax. Courtney was my esthetician and she was great. She had such a peaceful and calming effect. The facial produced the results I wanted. I would certainly recommend Pure Luxe and Courtney for a facial.
