The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I really appreciated the thoroughness of the consult, and the ambiance of the infusion room is very relaxing. Not to mention their quality massage chairs which takes the experience to a whole new level!
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! The staff works hard to get you scheduled quickly, take the time to understand your medical needs, and truly listen so they can recommend the best treatment options. The treatment room is calm and relaxing, and paired with a high-end massage chair, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and well cared for.
One of the best experiences of my life when it comes to recovery. Everything was excellent, from the amazing, kind, and helpful staff to the massage chairs. Although comical I definitely suggest the “housewife” mode on the massage chair. Splendidly managed and the staff has an amazing balance between professionalism and being personable. It put me at ease knowing that I was receiving care from two RN’s so don’t worry these are not just random people who know how to set an IV. Also thank you to the receptionist Maggie for being so kind when I was in such rough shape.
