I never felt rushed and my every concern was addressed with patience & compassion. It's clear Dr. Patel genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable & caring physician.

As a retired RN I know great patient care and compassion when I see it. As always the staff are all friendly and professional! They do their best to be on time for your appointment and keep the patient informed if the doctor is running late. I'ave always well satisfied with the care they provide.

I have worked in several different clinics and hospitals. I recently had a colonoscopy at Premier and admit I was totally dreading the procedure even putting off first screening until age 64. They could not have made me feel any more relaxed, taken care of, and comfortable. Checked in at 11a.m as scheduled and was on the way home by 1:15. Follow up was great. Highly recommend this group. Clean, efficient clinic with knowledgeable Physicians and staff. Thank you for setting the bar high!

The staff are amazing! I was literally out in about an hour and a half. Lauren and Shirley and Ben took great care of me and Dr mclereath was at bedside to explain it all. Warm socks and blanket to keep me cozy too. Thanks everyone !

I had some anxiety and embarrassment. Going to the butt doc isn’t high on the resume, but I don’t want cancer. I did my man up moment and took the plunge. The main nurse gave me a guide of instructions for cleansing the stomach and ensuring a visit to the restroom for immediate evacuation of the bowls. Try to get your procedure done early. You will want to eat, because you will finally be able to stuff your face. Also, don’t you want to have happy doctors instead of a tired, hungry doctor that has been up to his elbows in crap? Anyway… The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. They hand out paperwork and a tablet. Also they ask for your name a date of birth. Then the prep nurse takes over. I had one that was being trained. She did a great job at explaining and also asked when my date of birth is. It feels like I am totally getting a birthday card and honestly, you know the card is going to be a giant pun lol. That nurse gave me a very stylish gown, but it practically was missing the back for obvious reasons. I had to lay on this bed and then was offered a warm blanket. I’m not usually cold, but that warm blanket felt great. After that, those nurses got me wired up. I felt like an internet connection or in my case a hot spot. Next up was Meredith. I tried to remember all the names. She was very chipper. She seemed like the type that loves her job and cracking up about where she works. She went through a checklist of “Do you have this?” Also, she asked my name and date of birth. After a that, Meredith rolled out and Lindsey popped in. Lindsey made sure to ask me my name and birthdate. She explained what was going to happen. She was going to put me to sleep and wake me up. She also drove the bed. She had great turning and parking skills. Then I met the doc and his staff. Doc told me to chill and asked me my name and birthdate date. I was nervous as hell by this point. I let them know that they were all pros and I had respect for them. I needed them to be on their A game... So I guess Lindsey knocked me out at that point. When I came out of the unconscious realm, I met Precy the discharge nurse. She was sweet as sugar, but as I am gathering my bearings she asked me my name and date of birth. I think I gave the right answer because they let me leave. The whole crew were cool. They are pros and nice humans. I would go back for a tune up if I needed one. Just don’t forget your birthday, because everyone asks.
